Join us for a casual gathering at Falls Park on Saturday, August 18 to learn the “Bon Odori” Japanese dances, just one week before the Festival! We will meet up near the stage area in Falls Park on the Reedy River at 10am before the day gets too hot.
Together we will review Tanko Bushi, Tokyo Ondo, and Kawachi Otoko Bushi. If you already know the dances, come for practice and help teach others. There is no cost and casual attire is fine. This is just for fun, learning and practice! Before or after dance practice, enjoy the TD Saturday Market on Main Street.
