Chief Executive Officer Denham-Blythe
As Chief Executive Officer of Denham-Blythe Company, Bill leads the company’s strategic planning efforts by overseeing client relations and managing Denham-Blythe’s in-house design-build teams. Bill’s leadership reaches more than 200 team members across DenhamBlythe’s three office locations in Lexington, Nashville, and Greenville. Since joining Denham-Blythe in 1995, Bill has held positions as Structural Engineer, Project Manager, Design Department Manager, Vice President, and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Bill currently serves on the Japan-America Society of Kentucky Board of Directors as the Program Committee Chair.

Rene DeBerdt, Construction and Development Manager Denham-Blythe
Rene manages Denham-Blythe Company’s Japanese client relations, assisting in all stages of project development. Prior to his current position as the Construction and Development Manager, Rene has 20 years of project management experience for a wide-range of industrial design-build projects across the United States and in Mexico. His bilingual language skills and understanding of the Japanese culture have expanded Denham-Blythe’s Japanese client base from 10% to 45% of the yearly construction volume. Rene currently serves on the Japan-America Society of Kentucky Board of Directors as the Membership Committee Chair.
